Celebrating 75 Years in 2016

Christmas and New Years are very special times of year to spend with friends and family. They are times to reflect on past years and look forward to the coming new year. For us at SLM, this coming year is more special than most, we are celebrating our 75th year in business. As a family business, we have been blessed with wonderful customers in the low country. We have watched Charleston grow and we have been very fortunate to grow with it. We have watched our SLM family grow as well.Our employees and customers are the backbone of our business, and without them we wouldn’t be here. We consider everyone who has helped us along the way family and we want to say thank you for all that you have done.

We are excited that 2016 is our 75th year in business. In looking back, there are a lot of stories along the way that have made us who we are. Over the next 12 months we are going to be sharing these stories, and a lot of you reading this are part of them. For 75 years we have served the Charleston area and its local craftsmen to build a city that is like no other. We are forever grateful for the opportunity to work and service all of our customers and friends and look forward to 75 more years in this wonderful city.We hope that 2016 has big things in store for you.
